The main purpose and object of this Inter College is to make your child a good student, diligent and industrious, honest and truthful, just and fair in dealings with all. Please help us in this great and noble task.
In order to secure all that is best in education of our authorities is desired. Hence parents/guardians are expected to co- operate with the College authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that they prepare their lessons daily, come to College in time wear neat and clean uniform and take an active an interest in the activities of the Inter College.
Occasional reports about conduct and application of your child will be sent to you by the teachers through this Hand book we request you to look into this book everyday, sign the remarks and see that the lessons and borne-work assigned for the next day are done.
Students attending College without the leave note, repeatedly coming late or forgetting to bring books, diary, or coming without the proper uniform will be punished.
Parents are required to sign the Report Card and any other similar document relating to their children when requested.
Tuitions are strongly discouraged. Parents who seek admission in this College and look out for tutors are taking a risk as they will depend on the sincerity of the tutors. Do not approach the College teachers for on the sincerity of the tutors. Do not approach the College teachers for tuition. Parents who have no admit or continue their child/children in this College.
Parents, guardians or visitors are not allowed to see the student or interview their teachers during College hours without the sanction of the Principal. They are requested to come to the parents- teacher meeting when arranged.
Criticism of the teachers or College in the presence of the student should be studiously avoided because it causes them to loose respect for their teacher with a consequent failure to learn from the teachers. Should a parent have legitimate complaint, it may be brought to the notice of the principal.
Absence from College even for one day must be supported by a leave letter from the parent or guardian of the student. *Application for medical leave for more than 2 days should be accompanied by a medical certificate by a doctor who is M.B.B.S. If this leave continues for more than seven days, the principal must be intimated. All the application should be signed by the parents or guardian.
Should there be any infectious disease in the home, parents should keep their child/children at home, till the danger of infection has passed.
If a student is likely to be absent though illness for a long period, the Principal must be informed immediately through an application with the name, class and section.
Changes in address or telephone number of parents or guardians must be intimated to the College in writing without delay.
When communication with the principal, parents are requested to mention in their letter, the Class, Section and name of their Child/Children.
Parents/Guardians are requested not give money to children unless they receive a written notice from the College. Children should be provided with tiffin lunch, so that they do not buy unwholesome food from vendors.
Phone calls for teacher or Students during class hours will not be entertained.
The College its teachers and the parents are together in a continuous process of the education of their child. In difficult situation, calm and gentleness should be displayed, so that the atmosphere is cordial. Realizing that the net result of recriminations fall ultimately on the child. If the relation with the College authorities and the teacher’s are cordial, it is advisable for parents to shift their child/children to other institution of their choice.
Parents are requested, not allow their wards to come to College in self- driven vehicles. If you do so you are responsible for any mis-happenings.
Electronic gadgets and cell phones are not permitted in the College.
College does not provide any transport facilities
